How to redeem your prizes
Won one of our 1st to 4th prizes? Follow these steps to submit your winning ticket and delivery details.
Take a clear photo of your winning ticket
Make sure the Serial Number at the top right and your winning prize are clearly visible in the photo.
Send it to Sony Customer Support
Share the photo of your winning ticket together with your order number, full name, phone number and delivery address.
Wait for your prize delivery
Once your submission has been verified, your prize will be shipped to you within approximately 2โ4 weeks.
Prize claim deadline: 1 December 2026.
All winning ticket submissions must be received by this date. Claims submitted after 1 December 2026 will not be accepted, and unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Participation
1. Who is eligible to participate in the 11.11 Shop, Scratch & Win campaign?
The campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above. All Sony employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. All participants are subject to the campaign Terms & Conditions.
2. How do I qualify for a Scratch & Win card?
Make a qualifying purchase of at least RM555 in a single order at Sony Store Online or participating official Sony Stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok during the campaign period from 8โ14 November 2026. All purchases are subject to the campaign Terms & Conditions.
3. Why didn't I receive a Scratch & Win card?
Scratch & Win cards are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. If you have made a qualifying purchase but have not received your card, please contact Sony Customer Support for assistance.
4. Can I receive more than one Scratch & Win card?
Yes. You may receive more than one Scratch & Win card if you place multiple qualifying orders on participating sites, subject to the campaign Terms & Conditions and while stocks last.
Winning & Prize Redemption
5. How do I know if I have won a prize?
Scratch the designated area on your Scratch & Win card to reveal your prize. The winning prize and serial number will be displayed on the card. Follow the redemption instructions to claim your prize.
6. How do I claim my prize?
Follow the prize redemption instructions provided for the campaign and submit the required information to Sony Customer Support. Please ensure that your claim is completed and submitted by 1 December 2026.
7. What information or documents do I need to claim my prize?
Please submit the following information for prize verification and delivery:
- A clear photo of your Scratch & Win card showing the revealed winning prize and serial number
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Delivery address
Please ensure that the photo is clear and all information provided is complete and accurate to facilitate prize verification and delivery.
8. What is the deadline to claim my prize?
All prize claims must be submitted by 1 December 2026.
9. What happens if I submit my prize claim after 1 December 2026?
Prize claims received after 1 December 2026 will not be accepted or entertained. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
10. When will I receive my prize?
Your prize will be processed after 1 December 2026 and delivered within 2โ4 weeks, subject to successful verification of your submitted information.

11. What should I do if my Scratch & Win card is lost or damaged?
Lost, damaged or illegible Scratch & Win cards may not be eligible for replacement or prize redemption. Please keep your card safe and ensure that the winning prize and serial number remain clearly visible.
12. Can I exchange my prize for cash or another item?
No. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
13. What happens if I cancel or return my qualifying purchase?
Your prize will be forfeited if your qualifying order is cancelled or returned.
